Project: Develop and promote a new prescription drug program that offers the opportunity for HCPs to prescribe, and patients to save, on the Novartis medication without the hassles of insurance or medicare part D. The program, in turn allows Novartis to extend the life of their brands that have transitioned to LOE to complete with their generic counterparts.

Role: As Associate Creative Director, I collaborated with a team of Art Directors, Production & UX Designers, Copywriters, Account & Project Managers, Developers, and Print Vendors to produce the marketing creative to promote the new Novartis initiative.

Project: Refresh the sales tools and elevator pitch for 3 independent ophthalmology drugs into a singular portfolio—the Novartis Glaucoma Franchise—which allows sales reps the opportunity to promote the brands together within the glaucoma treatment continuum.

Role: As the design lead, I consolidated existing brand assets, and partnered with the marketing team to execute the new messaging flow in the form of a print brochure and an iDetail selling platform app.

Project: Developed a 12-week, 3-level exercise and fitness program for health care professionals (HCPs) to offer their prostate cancer patients on Lupron-Depot for treatment.

Prostate cancer patients referred by their doctor, sign up to receive their Starter Kit in the mail which includes exercise bands, exercise manual and log, DVD, and verification code to access and participate in the program online. The program offers 3 levels of workouts that allow the patient to level-up as their fitness improves.

Role: As Creative Director, I led and collaborated with a team of Art Directors, Video Producers, Production & UX Designers, Copywriters, Developers and Project Managers to create a multi-channel health & wellness program for prostate cancer patients from creative concept, to production, development and deployment.

Project: A disease state awareness App for healthcare professionals to help their prostate cancer patients better understand their condition and make informed decisions about treatment options after diagnosis.  

Role: As Creative Director, I partnered with a Senior Art Director, 3D Illustrator, Medical Writer, Project Manager and Developers to develop content and concept design, and worked with a UX Designer to come up with an engaging, intuitive user-experience for the app.

Project: Creative rebrand for Lupron—a prescription medication for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer.

Role: As Creative Director, I collaborated with Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and Copywriters to concept visual design and new message to reboot the brand.

The new brand was executed across multiple platforms—tradeshow booth, responive websites, Sales Rep iDetail, and promotional print assets aimed at awarness for patients and healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Project: Disease state awareness video for Central Precocious Puberty (CPP), a condition in which children show signs of puberty prematurely. 3 parents of children with CPP + 2 pediatric endocrinologists were filmed in 3 locations (Ephrata, PA; Mission Viejo, CA; San Diego, CA) over 3 days.

Role: As lead Art Director, I partnered with a Copywriter/Medical writer to storyboard a script and interview prospective families, a video director to shoot footage of the families with their doctors, voice-over talent, and a video editor to assemble the film.

Project: As the agency of record, EVEO/LiquidHub developed education and awareness initiatives for precocious puberty patients on Lupron to stay engaged with their treatment.

Caregivers who choose Lupron as the treatment option for their child are offered a portfolio of support and resources aimed at long-term treatment adherence including: an informational welcome kit, brochure and disease awareness activity books for new patients, CPP Tracker App to track appointments & monitor treatment progress, branded website, and an in-home nurse injection program.

Role: As Creative Director, I led and collaborated with a team of Art Directors, Production & UX Designers, Copywriters, Developers, Print Vendors, and Project Managers to produce a holistic patient engagement program.

Project: Produced a disease state awareness website for parents/caregivers who are concerned that their child may be showing signs of early puberty.

The website offers parents the tools to identify their child's symptoms and collect this information to discuss with their pediatrician.

Role: As Creative Director, I led and collaborated with an Art Director, Production & UX Designer, Copywriter, and Project Manager to develop an informational disease state awareness website intended to encourage parents to engage their pediatrician for a diagnosis.

Agency: LiquidHub | Client: Allergan

Project: Executed the preliminary Facebook social media campaign for MyChroinicMigraine, the unbranded chronic migraine awareness program sponsored by Allergan.

Role: Partnered with a copywriter to craft a series of chronic migraine awareness posts that would, in turn, gauge which messages resonated most with chronic migraine sufferers.

Project: Creative rebrand for Crinone—a vaginal progesterone that helps women get and hold a pregnancy. 

Role: As lead Art Director, I partnered with a Creative Director and Copywriter to concept visual design and new messaging to reboot the brand. 

I executed the new brand across multiple platforms—responsive website, iPad iDetail, tradeshow graphics, and print assets aimed at patients, Nurses and HCPs (health care professionals) with information on drug efficacy, resources, and how-to-administer.

Project: Develop an App to help facilitate assistance to families fighting cancer. The user can donate money to any family in-need within the Family Reach network and follow updates on the child throughout treatment. In turn, the grants help cover costs such as: mortgage/rent payment, transportation, and utilities.

Role: As a collaborating Art Director, I partnered with the lead Creative Director, Designers, Copywriter and UX to design and develop the iPhone App.

Project: A platform to provide Janssen Sales Reps with the latest efficacy and safety information for INVOKANA—a once-daily pill that helps manage type 2 diabetes in adults.

Platform: iPad, Veeva

Role: As lead Art Director, I spearheaded concept design, partnered with an Interaction Designer, Motion Graphics Designer and Developer to come up with an interactive MOD/MOA (mechanism of disease/action) explaining how diabetes occurs in adults and the benefits of INVOKANA for these patients.

Project: A platform to provide Genentech sales reps with the latest research and efficacy data on Tarceva—a drug treatment for advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Role: As lead Art Director, I spearheaded concept design and partnered with an Interaction Designer and Copywriter/Medical Writer to come up with an engaging, intuitive user-experience for the app. I oversaw the graphic design production of all content and worked with the development team to produce an app with the intended functionality as it was sold to the client.

Project: A disease state awareness game for children with cystic fibrosis—an autosomal recessive genetic disorder that affects mostly the lungs.

Role: As a collaborating Art Director, I partnered with a Creative Director, other Art Directors, Copywriter and Game Developer to design an iPhone app—with a nod to 80's arcade game DigDug—to engage kids to learn more about cystic fibrosis and how treatment fights the disease within the body.

Project: A platform to provide Natrelle Sales Reps with the latest information on the Natrelle 410 breast implant when meeting with certified surgeons looking for implant options for their augmentation and reconstruction patients.

Role: As lead Art Director, I spearheaded concept design, partnered with an Interaction Designer to come up with an engaging, intuitive user-experience for the app,oversaw the graphic design production of all pages and worked with the development team to produce the app with the intended functionality as it was sold to the client.

The lure of a big name agency with more creative resources drew me back to San Francisco and Publicis Modem where I was initially recruited to work on the Enbrel digital agency-of-record account before shifting my creative focus to LG and PayPal.

Additional agency clients included SunPower Foundation, Jamba Juice, HP and Amazon Prime.

I began my career in advertising at Carol H. Williams starting as a Graphic Designer and working my way up to Art Director incorporating my design, Flash programming & motion graphic skills across platforms (print, interactive, & multi-media).

Our clients included General Motors, Disney World, Procter & Gamble, Coors Light, Kraft Foods, Pfizer, U.S. Army, Starwood Hotels, Oakland International Airport, Bank of America, State Farm, and Washington Mutual.
